Lindsay Meat 'N' Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round or chuck
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    8-inch baked pie shell
    1 (6 oz.) Lindsay pitted ripe olives, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat with green pepper and onion.
    Add salt, pepper and favorite seasonings to taste.
    Stir in tomato paste and cook 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
    Turn meat mixture into baked pie shell.
    Cover entire pie with Lindsay pitted ripe olives.
    Sprinkle cheese over olives.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
