Anytime Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Raisin Bran
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In large bowl mix bran cereal, flour, sugar, nuts, soda and salt.
Make a well in center.
In another bowl beat together eggs, buttermilk and oil.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened (will be thick). Cover and store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
Use as needed.
