Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak, tenderized
2 green bell peppers, cleaned and sliced
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
1 can beef broth
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Slice steak into 1/4-inch strips.
Brown steak in oil.
Add cornstarch.
Stir until cornstarch is mixed well with steak.
Add broth, water chestnuts, soy sauce and bell peppers.
Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Add rice.
Cover and let set until rice is fluffy approximately 10 minutes.
