Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. crushed Doritos chips or grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off grease.
    Add remaining ingredients, except chips or cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with either chips or cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
