Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 medium tomatoes
4 to 6 jalapeno peppers
1 medium onion
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. red pepper sauce (Tabasco sauce)
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 c. chopped black olives
Preparation

Chop tomatoes; I take the skins off and some seeds out.
Chop jalapeno peppers (wear gloves!).
Chop onion.
Do not cook. Simply mix all ingredients well.
Can add more hot peppers if you like.
Store in refrigerator, covered.
