Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 jars baby carrots
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all thoroughly by hand; pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and frost.
