Peach Alaska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O peach gelatin (can use regular or sugar-free)
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
    1 c. or more diced fresh peaches
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add ice cream by spoonfuls.
    Stir until melted and smooth.
    Blend in whipped topping and peaches.
    Place mixture in a glass dish; chill in refrigerator overnight.
