Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. butternut or acorn squash
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (herb seasoned)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and cook squash in water, until done.
    Mash; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add margarine to hot squash.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
