Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (not margarine)
    5/8 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. rice flour or cornstarch
    sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add flours.
    Mixture will be crumbly.
    Press into a greased 12 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown (20 to 30 minutes).
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Cut into fingers.
    Dredge with sugar.
    Store in airtight container.
