Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    flour
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. crushed tomatoes
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches long. Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
    Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the meat 3 minutes.
    Transfer meat to another skillet.
