Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. coconut
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1 1/4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Serve with crackers or as sandwiches.
