Wendy'S Lemon Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
    seasoned Italian breadcrumbs/Parmesan (equal parts)
    Spike seasoning or any kind of seasoning you like (Cavender's is also good)
    egg whites (5 or 6, depending on how much chicken you're serving)
    olive oil (I prefer extra virgin)
    8 to 10 big plump lemons from Sam's (save rinds for zest)
Preparation
    When I prepare this recipe, I usually use an entire bag of boneless skinless chicken from Sam's, so therefore, I really don't measure anything.
