Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked (reserve broth)
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Melt margarine; stir melted margarine into stuffing.
    Put half of the stuffing in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Make a layer of chicken and soup mixture.
    To make soup mixture, mix 1 can of soup and enough broth to make 2 cups.
    (I usually do this in a blender.)
    Make another layer of stuffing, chicken and 2 more cups of soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
