Uncle Ray'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium mushrooms
butter or margarine
1/4 c. finely minced onions
1/4 c. finely minced celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
speck of pepper
Accent
Preparation

Wash mushrooms; drain.
Remove stems.
Chop stems finely in large skillet.
Heat 1/4 cup butter.
Add onions, celery and stems.
Simmer until celery is tender.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Accent.
Brush caps with butter.
Fill with onion mixture.
Arrange caps with stuffed side up in same skillet.
Simmer 5 minutes or until light brown.
Cover first 2 to 3 minutes.
