Tangy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. reduced calorie Catalina salad dressing
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine red and black peppers.
Rub over chicken breasts. Combine salad dressing, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Lightly brush both sides of chicken with dressing mixture.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
In a small saucepan, heat any remaining dressing mixture just to boiling. Serve with chicken. Makes 4 servings.
Only 145 calories and 4 grams fat per serving. Goes great with Lemon-Pepper Potatoes.
