Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 doz. eggs, boiled
1 large and 1 small onion
1 (15 oz.) jar sweet relish
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Cook potatoes; drain off water.
(Reserve a small amount in case needed.)
Put margarine and milk in potatoes.
Chop up onions and eggs. Add eggs, relish and onions to potatoes.
Also, add mayonnaise to mixture.
Mix all together with potato masher. Serves 20 to 30.
