Hot Applesauce(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dietetic canned applesauce
    3/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat applesauce and Sweet 'N Low over hot water; gradually add beaten egg, then grated rind and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 cups or four 1/2 cup servings.
    A 1/2 cup serving equals 78 calories.
