Golden Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. shredded process cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. shredded process cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the 1/2 cup shredded process cheese.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6.
