Ozzarello Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (mild or hot; Italian)
    1/4 c. white wine or Italian dressing
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1 lb. button mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
Preparation
    Cut sausage in 3-inch pieces.
    Brown (without grease) in covered skillet.
    Pour off any excess grease.
    Add wine or dressing, water, rosemary leaves and mushrooms.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Add peppers and cook for 10 minutes more.
