Valerie'S Sausage And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 6 unpeeled diced potatoes
    1 Polish sausage
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 c. beef consomme
    12 oz. can spicy V-8 juice
    4 oz. can green chilies
    1 bag frozen corn
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add sausage to onion and brown.
    In large pot add browned onions and sausage, diced potatoes, tomatoes, beef consomme, V-8 juice and green chilies.
    Cook on low heat for several hours.
    About 1/2 hour before soup is done add frozen corn. This recipe works well cooked in a crock-pot.
