Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 c. fresh spinach, chopped fine
    3 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. fresh green onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery
Preparation
    Dissolve jello into water.
    Add vinegar and mayonnaise; blend well.
    Chill until it begins to jell.
    Add spinach, cottage cheese, green onion and celery; blend well.
    Pour into a 7 1/2 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
    Refrigerate.
