Fresh Fruits Ala L'Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 fairly ripe bananas, sliced
1 small can pears, drained and sliced
1 small can peaches, drained and sliced
fresh orange slice, cut into pieces, save juice
green grapes (if in season)
cantaloupe (if in season)
fresh strawberries (if in season)
1 small can apricots, drained and cut
fresh or canned pineapple
2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 to 1 juice of a lemon, grate a tsp. of rind also
Preparation

Mix fruits together.
Add sugar and lemon juice and rind for the extra tang.
Also add fresh orange juice and mix well.
The juices keep the bananas from turning brown and gives it a nice flavor.
This makes for a healthy snack or dessert and will keep several days in refrigerator.
