Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes and cut in chunks.
    Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in blender or food processor. Process until sweet potato is grated.
    Pour into a large buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
    Dust with cinnamon sugar, if you wish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
