Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. grated medium or mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in 2 quarts of salted water until tender. Brown the meat, onions and green pepper.
    Stir in the water, tomato paste and sugar.
    Stir well and simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
    Drain spaghetti and put into a deep casserole.
    Pour sauce over all well and sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
