Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    tortillas
    3 jalapeno peppers
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Chop onions and saute lightly.
    Add grated cheese, finely chopped peppers and tomatoes, salt and sour cream.
    Mix well; heat (do not boil).
    Run tortillas through hot grease and drain well. Fill baking dish with layers of tortillas and mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
