Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. butter
1 tsp. homemade mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh white bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
4 oz. strong Cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. beer
3 slices hot buttered toast
Preparation

This mixture should not boil.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix.
Add bread crumbs and stir over gentle heat.
Add egg yolk. Put in cheese and stir until melted. Mix in beer.
Spread on hot buttered toast.
