Ingredients

1 rabbit
flour and oil for frying
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Wash rabbit and pat dry.
Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Fry in oil until brown.
Drain off oil.
Mix mushroom soup and can of water into small bowl.
Pour over rabbit in skillet. Cover; place in oven.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can also use chicken, pork chops or beef.
