Mexican Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can yellow corn
    1 can white corn
    3 sticks celery
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 whole canned pimentos
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice celery, onion, green pepper and pimentos and mix with corn.
    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
    This salad is good to make the day ahead of serving.
