Pepper Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 red bell peppers, sliced
    2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    Basil, Oregano and Celery Seed to taste or Italian blend spices and celery seed to taste
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 cup oil.
    Add spices (except celery seed) and 2 cloves of garlic.
    Cook briefly.
    Add all the vegetables except tomatoes and stir to coat with oil and saute.
    Add tomatoes.
    Heat 5 minutes.
    Add celery seed.
    At this point, the sauce can be mixed with cooked Penne for pasta with vegetables.
