1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (4 oz.) sliced pepperoni (you can substitute 1/2 lb. browned hamburger or sausage, if you prefer)
grated cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Empty potato slices and dry sauce packet into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
Pour into potatoes and arrange pepperoni on top.
Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes.
