Baked Bean Bluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 (21 oz.) can pork and beans
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in microwave.
    Cook bacon in microwave.
    Combine all the ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve or pour into baking dish and top with additional bacon and heat for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
