Brownies #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. and 3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. cocoa
    4 eggs
    2 c. of sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts, optional
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan, then stir in cocoa and cool. Beat eggs and add sugar.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt and gradually add to egg mixture.
    Stir in vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture.
    May add 1 c. walnuts.
    Put in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 28 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
