Fruit Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dates
1 c. nuts
1 c. prunes
1/2 c. apricots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. figs (optional)
Preparation

Chop or grind coarse all of the ingredients.
Add 3 tablespoons orange concentrate; mix well and then form into balls and roll in coconut.
Store in airtight container in a cold place.
