Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    marshmallows
    cornflakes
Preparation
    Drain and mash potatoes.
    Add oleo, salt and egg.
    Make patties of mixture and wrap around a marshmallow to form a ball. Dip in crushed cornflakes and fry in oil in skillet.
    Serve with precooked ham, etc.
