Fillets In Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fillets firm whitefish
    4 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    4 slices toast, cubed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    juice of 1 lemon
    black pepper
    paprika
    margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil.
    Mix in remaining ingredients. Place 2 fillets on bottom of lightly oiled baking dish.
    Spread filling over fish and top with remaining fillets.
    Dust with pepper and paprika.
    Dot with margarine if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
