Classic Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. real mayonnaise (I substitute fat-free mayonnaise)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together real mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Add macaroni, celery, green pepper and onion.
Toss to coat well. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
(You may also add diced cheese and ham to use as an entree.)
