Rigatoni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. rigatoni
    milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    On medium-high heat, saute beef, onion and garlic 4 minutes or until beef is browned.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
    In bowl, combine Ricotta, milk and salt.
    Add rigatoni; toss to coat well.
    Spoon 1/2 the rigatoni mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 the Mozzarella and 1/2 the sauce.
    Repeat.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
