Fiesta Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. corn meal
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together, except the cheese and chilies. Pour 1/2 of the corn mixture into a casserole; top with 1/2 of the grated cheese and the chilies.
Pour in the rest of the corn mixture and top with remaining cheese.
