Spinach Ricotta Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
    1 lb. ricotta cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    Dash of paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute chopped spinach in butter, black pepper, salt, and basil.
    Set aside.\tMix spinach with all remaining ingredients except sour cream and paprika.
    Blend well.
    Pour into pie shell. Spread sour cream to edge of crust and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot.
