Glasa Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can (20 oz.) chunk pineapple
1 small pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
2 bananas, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 Tbsp. Triple Sec
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Combine pineapple juice and dry pudding mix and stir until smooth.
Fold in pineapple chunks. Stir in bananas, oranges and Triple Sec.
Serve over vanilla ice cream or angel food cake or just as a breakfast jelly.
