Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or other)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. apples, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan. Cream the sugar, eggs and vegetable oil until well mixed.
    Stir together the flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and cloves (optional). Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture.
    The batter will be very stiff.
    Add the vanilla, apples and nuts and stir until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour the batter into prepared pan.
    Bake for one hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Serves 12 to 16.
