Molded Turkey Or Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. celery, diced
    3 c. turkey or chicken, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Add soup, salt, lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Chill until thick but not set.
    Add celery and meat.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
