Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. onion, minced
    1 tsp. chopped pickles
    1 tsp. chopped olives (plain)
    1 tsp. parsley, minced
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 tsp. capers
Preparation
    Drain the liquid from all the chopped ingredients and then fold into the mayonnaise. Add vinegar and mix well. Chill. Serve with fish.
