Creamy Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    mandarin orange sections
Preparation
    Pour concentrate into 2-cup measuring cup, reserving 2 tablespoons for cake filling. Add enough water to remaining concentrate to make the amount of liquid needed for cake mix. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, using measured liquid. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans. Bake and cool as directed on package.
