Oatmeal Caramelitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick rolled oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. light cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter. Press 1/2 mixture into the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch glass pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and pecans.
