Overnight Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Delicious apples
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 can pineapple (juice reserved)
    2 c. small marshmallows
    6 oz. shredded coconut
    8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    To Make Dressing: Mix eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice and juice reserved from drained pineapple in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool and add mustard to dressing mixture.
