Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until transparent.
    Add frozen broccoli. Cook over low heat covered until broccoli thaws.
    Add soup, Cheez Whiz and cooked rice.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Garnish with toasted bread crumbs and cook in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
