Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 to 3 jalapenos, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. fresh chopped cilantro if desired
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with taco chips.
    Yield: 3 cups.
