Hungry Jack Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut biscuits into halves; makes 20 (1/2-inch circles).
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in everything but biscuits and cheese.
Heat in pan until bubbly.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Place biscuits, cut side down, around edge.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
