Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can water
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt oleo in frying pan.
    Add onion and celery and brown lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
